The Testarossa was one of the most iconic vehicles produced in the 80s during the Enzo period for Ferrari. It was the successor to the Berlinetta Boxer, with Pininfarina tasked to create the contemporary design.
Power is derived from a longitudinally mounted, naturally aspirated 4.9 Litre V12 producing 385 horsepower and 361 lb-ft of torque. This places the Testarossa as one of the fastest cars produced during the 80s, with a 0 – 60mph of 5.2 seconds and a top speed of 180mph.
My Testarossa has just benefited from five months with renowned Ferrari specialist Iain Tyrrell, where the engine was fully serviced and overhauled, the clutch relined, and the air conditioning recommissioned. It has some minor paint blemishes on the front skirt, but no car park admirer has ever noticed!
