The Cavalier Calibre was a special edition of the Cavalier Mk2 which was assembled by Aston Martin-Tickford and Styled by Irmscher. Based on the SRi 130 it was only available in Carmin Red and only 500 were made and at the time of writing, only 2 genuine cars are still on the road. This particular car has was in the final episode of James Mays Cars of People Series on BBC2 and took part in the travelling salesman race with a Ford Sierra. The car is a regular at Classic Car Shows and has been displaying at the Lancaster Classic Car Show at the NEC. The Cavalier Mk2 was once a common site in Britians Roads but there are now less than 400 left on the road with the Calibre being the rarest of them all.
